Shipping & Returns UK Mainland Shipping Charges: Any item/items up to £199.00 = £6.99 Any item/items over £199.00 = FREE DELIVERY We will only accept orders from UK mainland addresses. Orders will be dispatched to the registered card holders address only. Delivery will be 2-5 working days from your order confirmation. Returns: All returns require a returns authorisation number beforehand! Call us on 01452 417429 to arrange this, or email us with your details at sales@soundhousedirect.co.uk. Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are in "as new" condition with all packaging intact. You are responsible for all carriage and insurance costs incurred for returning your item. Special orders are not included in this returns policy and a re-stocking charge may apply. Defective products will be collected and repaired / replaced free of charge within 28 days of receipt. After 28 days it is your responsibility to return the goods to us for repair under the manufacturers warranty. Any shortages or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours, or next working day from the delivery date. Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect was brought to the customer's attention at the time of purchase. 7 Day Money Back: In accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
